Martin Crowe award:
Aryan Thakkar (yr5): Every team needs an Aryan. He never says no, and always accepts a challenge when one is presented to him. When faced with a difficult situation, he considers his options and plans his response strategically. This season his bowling has become very consistent and he has become increasingly comfortable playing through the off side. He always plays with a smile on his face, gives 110% and is unfailingly polite to team-mates, coaches and opponents.
